The Program

From our birth throughout life we are constantly exposed to various toxins of different levels. These include additives in our food such as colours, flavourings and preservatives, what we inhale whilst walking in our cities and towns, lotions applied to our skin from an early age, and cleaning agents used to clean our homes.

We also expose ourselves to toxins from drugs, beauty products such as hair dye, fake tan and acrylic nails. Other toxins include metals, insecticides, pesticides, bacteria, virus, fungi, electromagnetic stress as well as toxins from emotional upset.

In everyday life it can be difficult to avoid most of the above. The important thing is how you deal with it. A healthy body can detox these toxins and get rid of them for the greater part. The body’s innate ability to do this is enhanced by a balanced diet, regular exercise, right amount of sleep, adequate water intake and a positive mental attitude.

When the body feels run down, over exposed to a particular substance/s, or feeling emotionally stressed, the build up of toxins manifests in different forms of chronic illness.

Very often it is not at all apparent as to what may be causing the condition. For example, chronic psoriasis can be as a result of exposure to pesticides or chronic digestion related complaints may be as a result of a dairy intolerence.

The key to addressing any condition is firstly to ascertain the cause and then find a suitable remedy(s) to help the body heal itself.

Additional advice may include avoiding particular foods, dietary guidance, the use of flower essences and recommended reading in order to enhance the body’s journey in returning to health and well-being.

Each treatment program is unique to the individual.
